Nicht zu übersehen sind die Zitronenhaine in Gargnano. Unweit des kleinen Hafens Porto di Tignale steht direkt an der Gardesana die Limonaia Prato della Fame, wohl das schönste noch genutzte Zitronengewächshaus. Am südlichen Ortseingang befindet sich das Kloster, das angeblich von Franziskus selbst 1289 gegründet wurde. Der spätgotische Kreuzgang ist leider nur selten zu besichtigen. Auch die Villen Bettoni und Feltrinelli prägen das schmucke Ortsbild. Alljährlich im September startet von Bogliaco aus die Centomiglia über den Gardasee.
