„Classic“ and beautiful very sturdy former coastal and harbour ferry, built in 1955 in Hamburg (Germany) 1994/2007 and 2017-2019 professionally converted into a yachtlike condition in commercial use for exclusive daycruises and events, mini cruises with up to 12 guests or yachtcharter. The ship is in immaculate condition and still in full operation. Turn key and ready to go! Engines NEW! Wiring NEW! Controls NEW! Mahagoni flooring on both decks professionally refitted. Also turnkey-ready to be an exclusive yachtconversion or liveaboard.
Massive Mahogany floors, an elegant salon for up to 70 elegantly seated guests, timeless interior (Sylt-style), fully equipped bar, lounge, fully equipped meeting room for up to 12 guests on main deck. Further on the main deck: 6 cosy elegant cabins for 10-12 guests (4 double and 2 small cabins) with ensuite bath with shower/WC – plus 1 owner-suite apartment with small living room incl. 60“LED-TV and maxi-sofa, another bedrooom (kidsroom) and a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom/shower/WC and sauna (for up to 4). Under deck there are also two more crew cabins with 4 berths, plus one shared bathroom with shower/WC. There is unbelievable room and stowage throughout the ship, a small wine „cellar“ with humidor under deck, PA-sound with DJ-station on the upper deck (2 separate areas), full Wifi-coverage throughout the ship, a professionally equipped ship galley (incl. prof. steamer, ice-maker and much more) – SAT-TV and so much more to be described!
The ship is meticulously well maintained, has two brand new drive gensets (John Deere 2019/2021) working in single mode or parallel mode for the electric drive. The engines meet newest TIER-III or Euro-6 emission standards and all the electrical wiring and controls on board are new throughout (2019/2021).
Except for the very stable hull (10-14mm originally and has still official ice-class under german law), everything on board is pretty new and state of the art. The ship has originally been built very safely to German GL standards and has 2 very massive sliding bulkhead doors under deck as well as 4 more steel bulkhead doors. The ship has its tanks in the hull pointing to the outside and therefore the ship offers sideways a double hull security. The very sturdy hull is furthermore secured by two massive steel rubrails/gun-rails (50cm wide). The ship is built like a tank! You won’t find any similarly strong ship structure besides serious icebreakers! And still she’s a true Lady!
With a slight partly change in furniture, the ship easily converts into a unique classic (live-aboard) yacht with lots of room and accommodations for a 30 meter ship. It can easily be operated by a dedicated 2 person (nautical-) staff and is therefore extremely cheap in running costs (compared to other 30 meter Yachts).
From the massive anchors (1 main anchor 167kg, plus 1 spare, each with 100 meter of massive steel chain) to the 2,5 meter diameter propeller and the fully skegged steel rudder – everything is built to last! With its 3,4 meter draft it is a seaworthy ship (steel shutters for all main deck windows included), it has a remarkable average cruising speed of 8 knots and is surprisingly manouverable. It loads over 18 cbm of diesel, which gives the ship an incredible range with just about 30 litres diesel consumption per hour (2 drive engines plus 1 auxiliary engine).
With the ship two well established registered trademarks and a solid established operating concept can be aqcuired, as well as homepages, domains and social media channels. A unique place of berth can be delivered.
We consider serious offers and brokerage.
