This ketch-rigged motorsailboat is equipped with double steering, compass, sonar, GPS and toilet. This ship is for the Buyer who can do some work himself and him who wants to make a good deal. The boat has been used for living for the last 20 years, and a reflex boiler has been installed which can heat the boat all year round, but service must be expected.
