This sailing yatch is a bluewater cruiser ready for long trips, and appears both venerable and modern. In our possession it has been given a solid upgrade. We, a family of four with small kids, have recently arrived back home after a successful sailing journey from Greece to Norway - a trip 6000 nautical miles long.The boat has new and integrated instruments from Raymarine - where everything communicates: -Chartplotter Axiom9+ with Navionicsmap of Europe -Autopilot -Wind, depth and speed -AIS sender and receiver -Camera in mast head This instrument pack is alone 900 Euros plus installation and commissioning.The boat has a solent rig and center cockpit, a long keel with keel attached rudder, is spacious with the aft cabin, is sturdy, and therefore suitable for long journeys.It is designed by E.G. Van de Stadt, and build in 1974 by the Dutch shipyard Anne Wever, as one of hundred boats worldwide. The engine, a Perkins M90, is from 2009. The boat is 15.5 meters from the waterline to the top of the VHF antenna.More information on parts: VHF: Sailor RT144 with antenna in main mast RIB in davits Toilets: Jabsco pump toilet in bow, electric toilet with holding tank aft. Mattress in bow is fairly new and thick Sea berths: 2x aft, 1x in main cabinThe boat was bought in Greece but is registered in Norway. It was put on land in October 2022 and a tremendous amount of work was done before it was launched back to sea:* 11 through-hull fittings and sea cocks replaced with new ones in composite * Stern stay and side stays in main mast replaced, with basis in professional rig check October 22. * All running rigging, mooring lines and anchorlines replaced with new double braided ropes in HMPE/polyester/nylon. * All static ventilators refitted and replaced * New hatch windows in plexiglass * Swim ladder aft and ladders midship starboard and port installed * Beneath water line: Cleaned, two layers of primer, to layers of anti-fouling paint. * Above water line: Gelcoat repaired, sanded and three layers of polyurethane paint. * 8mm stainless guard rail wire * New log and depth transducer mounted (currently replaced by blind plug to prevent growth * New instruments in main mast: Hella led top lantern, wind vane, windex og kamera * Installation of completely new inverter/charger, Victron MultiPlus Compact 2000W * New battery bank 250Ah, and new batteries for windlass and bow thrusterAfter launching it into water again, the following has been done: *New sprayhood and complete cockpit tent sown according to our specifications in Greece, May 23. *Recaulked most teak decking *New jib (genoa 3), May 23 *Standard engine maintenance has been carried out *New exhaust muffler/water lock, July 23 *New dynamo, July 23 *New fresh water pump, august 23Recommended future repairs: *new macerator pump for aft toilet. UPDATE march 21: new electric toilet aft installed. *igniter for the webasto *some small remaining deck and window leaks: UPDATE march 21: "Capt.Tolleys creeping crack cure" *clean port diesel tank. UPDATE march 21: tank cleaned *bow bathroom roof plate should be replaced *some indoor painting *replace mizzen main sail (it works, but it is old) UPDATE march 21: new mizzen sail *UPDATE march 21: new 170Ah start battery (other batteries were bought 2023) *UPDATE march 21: The physical connection of the dynamo and start engine to the motor is renewed - new bracket and bolts were 3D-modelled, ordered and installed just now. There has never been any trouble with the engine itself.
