All plywood in the boat is birch plywood imported from Finland.A condensation barrier of 15 mm diviny cell and 2 layers of mat to protect the divinycelle.All bulkheads of importance are laminated in the hull itself, all bulkheads and sea through-hull fittings are carefully saturated with epoxy to prevent moisture penetration into end wood.The bow is a waterproof collision bulkhead. The main bulkheads are 50 mm birch plywood.When all the bulkheads were in place, another 80 mm divinycell was loaded in the freeboard as an insulation, and finally another 2 layers of carpetDeckIn the hull bolted and layer-glued one 220 mm x 100 mm beam pavement in a pine from the front to the stern as a 75 x 100 mm deck barrier, 15 mm plywood was laid on top of the deck, on top of the plywood 35 mm high spacers were screwed on top of which another layer out of 12 mm plywood. In the spaces between the plates were filled with 2 component foam as insulation. On the outside of the plywood there are 2 layers of 600 g of carpet then the teak deck that is epoxy glued in place, thus no screws that can cause leakage.At the joints of the cabin and the main bulkhead there are double deck beams.Floor boardsIn Moa there is a fixed floorboards on the sides, and only over the bilge is removable floor boards. The fixed floor boards consists of 800 mm divinycell where tubes has been milled down, to get floor heating. As a surface layer, then 12 mm solid teak ribs are laid, seamed and varnished.Interior, Was build by Mats Johansson / Orust Yatch Service, Henån Sweden Walls and shots are covered with solid varnish teak panels (12 mm) Drawers, doors, tables, chairs and hatches are made of teak, except at the galley where it is made of massive oak.
