Beschreibung:
The Maram 36 can be seen as a 9m catamaran with an 11m performance! She is a light and fast catamaran in comparison with the heavy and luxurious cruisers of today. The Maram is a ,,camper“. She is easy to sail, even single-handed and is lively, fast and suits a family who seeks the adventure in nature more than comfort in the harbour. To keep this second generation catamaran light, it was built entirely with GRP/sandwich, comprising Dutch Firet Core mat under the waterline and very long lasting Divinycell PVC foam above. Designed by Swedish designers in the years 1979 to 1984, this catamaran was created to offer the ideal mix of speed, lightness, family suitability and space. The Stora is characterised by a catamaran with a bridge deck and central cockpit. What is particularly remarkable is that the bridge deck itself forms the beams. Centreboards have been cleverly integrated into the construction to enable higher sailing performance. This type was produced in a limited edition, with only 11 ships in total. In 2018, the Stora was extensively renovated on the outside. The modernisation included the installation of new sails and an electric anchor winch. A complete coat of paint was carried out, accompanied by osmosis protection measures. In addition, new windows, handrails and a contemporary steering wheel were installed.
