49 feet motor yacht, perfect for houseboat and holiday sailing. This boat has functioned as a sailing houseboat for 9 years, both summer and winter. As soon as you get on board, you sense that this is not a converted boat, but rather a complete everyday home that can quickly take you on a sailing trip. The boat has a formidable interior with a large salon and galley in a room that surprises a lot when you see the boat from the inside. The galley is fully equipped with a 24v fridge with small top freezer, gas oven and stove with four burners. In extension of the galley, a walk-in closet with his and hers has been made. A further small corridor (where it is possible to re-establish two bunks if desired) leads down aft where there is a large toilet and bath with separate shower as well as a large bedroom with bunks (2 + 1) and plenty of cupboards. In general, there are plenty of options for storage. Nice seating area in the wheelhouse with a good view, as well as a large deck with several options for sitting and lying down. The boat is well insulated and the heat source is an air to air heat pump that easily heats up the whole boat even in -20 degrees, and cools on the hot summer days. It is a very economical way to heat up, at the same time as the indoor climate is good as the heat pump also removes all condensation. Since the original plan for the boat was long-distance sailing, it is prepared for a ketch rig.
