Remarkable custom-built Botnia Targa 37 from 2020, commissioned regardless of cost for use as a tender for a megayacht, but featuring everything needed for effortless offshore cruising. Professionally and continuously maintained since launch.
FURTHER BROKER’S COMMENTS:
Commissioned as an all-weathers ‚offshore‘ capable chaseboat tender for the 77m explorer megayacht ‚LEGEND‘, MYTH is an extremely well-specified example of this iconic Scandinavian planing motor yacht design. Favoured by police forces, military and commercial contractors all over the world, the Botnia Targa range is renowned for its strong build, peerless sea-keeping in all weathers and fantastic performance. The Targa 37 is no exception to this, and MYTH takes this one step further with her amazing fitout.
Based on a ‚Straight Roof‘ deckhouse design (without flybridge), MYTH also benefits from the CFC (Comfort Fore Cabin) arrangement with a raised forward coachroof creating a fantastic forward owner’s suite. A further double & single berth guest cabin is located aft with both accommodation cabins featuring ensuite bathrooms. MYTH’s deckhouse has also been extended by approx. 70cm utilising Botnia’s ‚V1 Hybrid interior‘ layout to provide extra pilot seats when under way with a larger crew. A large aft sliding door (in addition to the port and starboard side doors) and an extended bathing platform suitable for tender stowage, complete the highly-usable layout. For cruising comfort, her reverse-cycle air-conditioning and additional diesel-fired hot air cabin heating systems allows her to operate in both hot and cold environments while her onboard Starlink and Iridium satellite communications systems ensure ready and fast communications no matter how far off grid she travels.
MYTH’s design and specification highlights include:-
Twin Volvo IPS600 440hp diesel engines with IPS drives and joystick control providing max speeds of up to 42knots and economical cruising speeds of 11-20 knots with p to 450Nm range
