The sailing yacht, fully equipped for the big trip, is currently in dry dock in Thailand (Phuket). In 2021, the catamaran received a full refit in Fiji worth approx. **€ 40.000,—**. Prior to the planned transfer from Thailand to Europe, the boat underwent another extensive refit in dry dock from April till October 2024 for worth around **€ 60.000,—**. Due to personal circumstances, however, the planned transfer is no longer possible, which is why the boat is now for sale. During the time until the sale, the yacht will be maintained and cared for by my brother, who lives in Phuket.During the refits, the following checks and work were carried out and the following items were purchased.Rig and sails:
Refit 2024:
• New performance mainsail from Rolly Tasker; offshore construction with triradial cut; made of 10.1 Challange Newport Pro Radial US Dacron; 3 reefing points; fully battened; new battens, reinforced stitching
• New Dyneema main halyard
• New lazy bag from Rolly Tasker
• New sail bag for Parasailor from Rolly Tasker
• Parasailor, only sailed in the best conditions for approx. 4000 nm, checked and approved by Rolly Tasker
• Rig check by Rolly Tasker Rigging. The slight defects discovered were rectified by Rolly Tasker Rigging. After the work carried out, the rig is now in excellent condition.Refit 2021/2022:
• New headsail
• Diamond stays renewed
• Rigg readjusted
• Radar installation
• Installation of Raymarine plotter at the helm
• Additional 2x300 Watt Solar
• Installation Victron Lithium 3x160 AEngines and saildrives:
Refit 2024:
• Both Yanmar diesel engines, model 3JH4E with 38 hp each, were running perfectly after approx. 4000 engine hours. Nevertheless, a complete overhaul of the engines was carried out. The engines were completely dismantled, cleaned, all wearing parts replaced and readjusted after reassembly. Engine electrics checked. Invoices with spare parts list attached. • The saildrives were also disassembled, cleaned and all seals (diaphragm A + diaphragm B + saildrive sealing plate) replaced with new ones.

Refit 2024:
• Complete navigation renewed. The work was carried out by a professional boat electrician (invoices from SVB and the company carrying out the work are attached). Consisting of.....
o New Raymarine EV200 autopilot with linear drive. Old autopilot model S1 can be activated as a redundant system with switch box. Second new linear drive as spare part on board. If the old linear drive fails, it can easily be replaced with the new linear drive in a short time.

o 2 new Raymarine multifunctional instruments model i70s at the helm station
o 1 new Raymarine Axiom+ model 9 inch installed in the saloon near the navigation table
o New wind sensor with new ITC-5 converter

Refit 2024:
• In 2021, the underwater hull was fitted with new Copper-Coat. In May 2024, the underwater hull was cleaned under high pressure, sanded and fitted with 2 new coats of Copper-Coat. After the procedure, the copper coat was activated by sanding.
• 3-blade propeller cleaned and coated with epoxy
• New sacrificial anodes fitted
• Various fiberglass repairs to the hull. Various old Sikaflex seals on the stern removed and replaced with 3M maritime sealant
• A professional moisture meter (Greisinger model GMK210) is also sold with the boat. With this device, you can always check the moisture content of the underwater hull yourself as soon as the boat is at the dry dock. The entire hull below the waterline is dry and osmosis-free. The moisture content is only slightly higher at individual points on the keels and rudders. As the keels on this type of boat are only glued on and the moisture content is only slightly increased in individual places, the structural integrity of the hull is not affected.
Refit 2021/2022:
• Old antifouling completely removed and new copper coat appliedAdditional work and purchases:
Refit 2024:
• The mattresses were replaced in all four cabins. There are now new premium rigid foam mattresses with mattress protectors and sheets in the berths.
• Complete cleaning of the interior and all lockers
• Sorting and reorganization of the spare parts inventory (excess stock disposed of)
• All cookware and cutlery replaced
• New professional vacuum unit
• Manual pump in the port aft toilet replaced with a new one
• Manual pumps in the port front toilet and starboard front toilet, complete set of seals replaced. All toilets work perfectly.
• A new 220 volt freezer (toploader) was installed in the storage cupboard in the port hull and secured with webbing.
• Since the refit in 2021/2022, the yacht has been equipped with 9 large inflatable fenders from CERTEC. The fenders have a protective cover, 3 of which were completely replaced during the Refit2024.
• Stern shower: hose and shower head replaced
• Liferaft was checked and serviced in May 2024
• 4 fire extinguishers checked and serviced
• Additional 2 fire extinguishers purchasedRefit 2021/2022:
• New cockpit sun protection; close-meshed mesh fabric semi-transparent from the inside, not visible from the outside. Designed as a windbreak so that the wind passes through the cockpit at anchor

o Other minor woodwork such as sanding and re-oiling the interior
o All seals of the deck hatches were replaced in 2022 and are tight. However, the glass is partly blind and could be polished
o Various brass fittings have verdigris in places and could do with polishing
o Teak floor saloon needs deep cleaning and oil treatment
o Repair various minor damages in gelcoat and GRP in the area of the steps and around the cockpit
