Hull, deck, rig, rudder in good condition, fixed keel version, keel anti corrosive treatment 2022. Hull has gelshield treatment/ above waterline original gelcoat. Standing rigging replaced within past 3 years (all stays and shrouds). New VHF antenna, anchor light, mast was down for complete inspection May '23.  Engine  2500 hrs (year 2003) and regularly serviced.  Folding propeller, tiller + hydraulic wheel with autopilot Autohelm ST3000, electric windlass. Deck and topsides original gelcoat. Underwater Gelshield. Rudder bearings replaced 2019. Running rigging partly renewed last year. Chainplates rebuilt, rebedded and structure underneath properly checked. Stanchion posts, pulpit and hatches rebedded. Mainsail full batten (2020) Furling genoa (year unknown), jib, storm jib, spinnaker. Engine parts replaced autumn 2023:  thermosthat, fuel pump, air filter, heat exchanger cleaned.  Large bimini good condition recently reinforced.
