BROKERS REMARKS: SEVENTEEN is a wonderful example of the 4-cabin layout with the owner cabin situated starboard aft with a huge walk in shower. This is the 2020 model and has also been based in Belize for her entire operation.  The Belize base has done a fantastic job of maintaining the yacht, which also has low use due to Covid shutdowns.   Also no storms.
