Bemerkungen

The boat, now located south in Denmark, has its home port and is registered in Norway, thus EU VAT/ Tax is not paid.I had actually intended to sail the boat home to Norway during August/ September. However, due to limited time for the boat, I choose to sell it at a further greatly reduced price, provided that it is taken over where it is located in South Jutland in Denmark. The rudder stem of the boat has last week been replaced, and the boat is due to be launched at sea on Monday 26 August, for final preparation, with installation of sails, etc. After an increadibly wonderful cruise south along beautiful Western Norway and further south in Denmark, without any specific destination or schedule, it gradually became clear that the boat would be used far too seldom by me, so I am therefore choosing to sell my boat. The boat has been well maintained, and has a lot of equipment and items onboard. NOK 136.000,- has over the past seven to eight years been invested in such, including new customized made sails.A dinghy with outboard engine, anchoring equipment, as well as many tools, repair equipment, spare parts and other things have been acquired by the current owner, since 2021.You can therefore be quite self-reliant on board, not always having to acquire lots of parts, equipment and tools to carry out necessary things onboard en route, be it repairs, maintenance, preparations and so on.Various illustrated books and booklets in the boat's library on board are also included, about seamanship, navigation, manoeuvring, rigging and sail trim, etc. as well as various guide- and pilot books and booklets from the "In the boat" series.  (Most of the books are in Norwegian language)The first owner had the boat for a couple of years, almost without using it.The second, and previous owner, from whom I bought the boat, had it for 32 years, 1989-2021, and maintained it very well.He was a SAILOR, so although he used the engine regularly to best preserve it, he rarely used the engine for propulsion over long distances. The engine has therefore run few hours in relation to its age, however I cannot say how many hours the engine has run.In the spacious aft cabin, which is being used as storage, there is plenty of space for equipment, such as ropes, fenders, fishing- and water sports equipment, foldable bike, etc.Two steering positions, as well as plenty of cupboard space, also in the saloon and forward cabin. The galley is in the wheelhouse, up under the hardtop, with sink, hot and cold water, gas stove and oven. The boat has a skylight in the wheelhouse, so you can see the sails from there, as well as stand with your upper body through the opening to have a better view, when e.g. maneuvering in port. The boat is a motor sailer with the same hull as the sailboat version of the Alo 96, which makes it sail very well for being a motor sailer. The boat has a lead keel and rudder of stainless steel. The boat has been in winter storage on land in a marina in South Jutland, close to vegetation and deciduous trees. This has led to leaves and pollen falling on the outside of the boat, which has resulted in some green algae growth, mostly along the edges and moldings on the deck and on the aft part of the canopy, see photo.Naturally, the hull is duller now after many months on land, so polishing should be done to make the hull shine again.Last autumn, the boat suffered a couple of damages in the gelcoat on the starboard side, up against the rib. These damages can be repaired with a suitable putty, see photos.   The anti-slip rubber fiber coating is worn, see photos. The sliding hatch, of transparent hard plastic, over the descent from the wheelhouse to the salon, is cracked. It therefore slides with resistance, so I lubricate it in the sliding tracks from time to time, but it should (ideally) be replaced.   An oar for the dinghy is missing.  THE FOLLOWING MUST / SHOULD BE DONE:Polishing, as not done by me yet this year.Ropes / rigging lines should be washed.Canopy should be washed and preferably impregnated, and ideally dyed, to freshen up the red colour,Repair of gelcoat damage,Replacement of the sliding hatch down to the salon,The dinghy should be washed better,The railing net must be repaired / tied up (approx. 1 m where the netting has come loose)***********MAINTENANCE AND UPGRADESEngine starter renovated / overhauled, July 2023Heat exchanger renovated / overhauled, February 2023,V-belts, changed 28.9.23,Rig check (with documentation / certificate) carried out 31.10.22             Paddle Wheel for speedometer, replaced 13.6.23Racor filter, (large) changed November 2021,        Engine oil and filter, as well as sail drive oil, changed every year, (mostly) in autumn,   Coolant changed regularly / every year, (though not yet this year)Salt water cooling flushed with fresh water every year / autumn,Dinghy, "Aqua Marina," 9 feet, 2017 mod. inflatable w/ aluminum deck,    with storage bag and hand pump, with Suzuki 8 HP outboard motor, renovated / serviced Oct. 2022 and June 2023                         Both sails have (almost) always been covered by sail covers when they have not been in use, also (often) during overnight stays. The sails have also of course been dismantled and stored dry during winter storage.EQUIPMENT.Mainsail and Genoa, "Doyle," specially custom sewn at Lyngør Sailmaker Workshop, new 2016,Roller stay, headsail, "Furlex Selden," new / fitted 2000.Gas heater, "Remotron," with heating ducts to the cockpit and salon,VHF Radio, "Navico, RT6500S",Chart plotter, "Raymarine C-125", new approx. 2016.Autopilot, "Autohelm ST 4006," with remote control (electric cable), electrically controlled cylinder for tiller,Depth gauge and speedometer, "Autohelm,"Canopy, new 2016 (should be washed and impregnated)Gas stove, with two burners and oven,Water heater, "Isoterm", 30 LHot and cold water,Shower outlet in cockpit, hot and cold water, for outdoor showers,Water tank, 100 L,Diesel tank, 100 L,LED lighting, from 2018,Radio, "Biltema," DAB+ and FM with CD player, in console on dashboard, with two speakers, new / installed 2022 (some wires need to be organized / fixed)Shore power system, 230V, new in 2018,Toilet, "Jabsco," new in 2019, + Portable toilet, 15 liters,Cool box, built-in, not electric, under the helmsman seat in the wheelhouse.Dinghy, "Aqua Marina," 9 feet, 2017 mod. inflatable w/ aluminum deck, with storage bag and hand pump,Outboard engine, Suzuki 8 HP, 2-stroke, approx. 1990 mod, renovated / serviced Oct. 2022 + June 2023NB! LAZYBAG NOT INCLUDED."Heat loop": Hoses with hot water from the hot water tank in the aft cabin, forward along the starboard side, in a loop into the forward cabin, further into the saloon on the port side, after which it returns the same way. Radiators are mounted inside the cabinets against the hull, which emit heat and thereby help to keep the air dry and comfortable. In addition, there are lots of (new / unused) tools, repair equipment, spare parts and other equipment onboard.
