Important information: The buyer (also in the 50% share option) automatically acquires the right to apply for Spanish resident status (I paid for a stay in the marina for 6 months, which according to local law gives me and each co-owner the same legal address and registration status as the ownership of a house or apartment in Tenerife).

Design description: Very carefully crafted yacht made entirely in an English shipyard, double-thickness fiberglass hull, much stronger than in new mass-produced catamarans. Windows made of tempered glass, not cheap, brittle plexiglass – provide excellent visibility and ventilation. Specially added crumple zones at the front of the floats and solid bulkheads. The design itself is very successful and well thought out, with a clear emphasis on functionality and safety in ocean travel conditions – it was the culmination of many years of experience of the famous designer Tom Lack.

1) Two Yanmar 2GF20F diesel engines – manufactured in Japan by Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. (spacious engine compartments allow for service „on the water“ – in new catamarans this is practically impossible with only the crew) – jib on furler, mainsail.
2) Two pontoons (a larger 4-meter suspended from the stern, the second foldable) + Yamaha outboard engine + 6HP, oars, 2 electric pumps for pontoons for 12 and 230 V
3) Autopilot, echo sounder, anemometer, weather station, passive AIS, UHF radio, Garmin GPS, log, compass, navigation lights, external rotating camera (WiFi/Ethernet), alarm system, etc.
4) Solar panels and wind turbine (60A controller and 20A spare)
5) Voltage converter and 20A „smart“ rectifier
6) Anchor windlass with stainless steel chain Ø 10 mm (with electric drive controlled by remote control)
