2019 ROBERTSON AND CAINE LEOPARD 40 4 Cabin – Libecciu
BUILDERS REMARKS: The Leopard 40, crafted by South African builders Robertson & Caine, showcases a modern design by naval architects Simonis and Voogd. This model maintains the speed, agility, and blue-water performance of its predecessors while featuring increased hull volume and a unique interior layout. The galley is positioned forward, complemented by a forward-facing settee, large windows, and an access door to the forward platform. This design allows for panoramic views and promotes easy communication between the saloon and the aft cockpit, enhancing the indoor and outdoor living experience.
BROKERS REMARKS: LIBECCIU is the youngest model available with no hurricane history. This 4 cabin, 2 head layout of the popular 40 model includes walk-around aft cabins. It features a lighter Ash interior, air conditioning, a generator, Yanmar engines, electric davits, and a walk-through forward door. The boat has lower engine hours than normal due to the slow Covid times, making it one of the lowest in the fleet.
AVAILABILITY: This yacht is currently in the fleet until June 2024. After that, it will head to St Lucia for phase-out and closing.
