2021 ROBERTSON AND CAINE LEOPARD 45 – AMITY
Builder’s Remarks: The Leopard 45 has been awarded the 2017 Boat of the Year by Cruising World Magazine. This is the 7th win for Leopard. The award was in the Best Charter Catamaran category, showcasing the expertise of South African Builders, Robertson and Caine, in creating boats that are ideal for the charter industry.
The judging involved three independent industry experts who conducted dockside inspections and sea trials. The Leopard 45 excelled in all judging areas, particularly in performance and innovation. The judges highlighted the spacious forward cockpit, which connects to the saloon via a translucent door, and the main saloon featuring a forward-facing galley and dinette. Visibility throughout the Leopard 45 was also noted as excellent.
Broker’s Remarks: AMITY is in great condition. This 2021 model includes updated specifications such as a water maker and inverter, which are improvements over earlier models. The upper deck lounge area is perfect for evening relaxation after a long day. Upholstery was completed on April 15th, 2024, and both the Jib and Main sail were replaced on April 15th, 2024. The water maker was serviced on April 10th, 2024. The generator was serviced in July 2024.
Availability: This yacht is currently in the fleet until August 30th, 2025. After leaving the fleet, the yacht will proceed to St Lucia for phase out and closing.
