„A dream come true“

In 2015 I found this little 1958 Boesch Deluxe 640 in an abandoned and dark shed, in a completely dilapidated state. As soon as the owner opened the door of the shed and I saw the boat, I was struck by an incredibly strong and captivating feeling that still flares up in me every time I look at this beautiful boat. Perhaps it was a little like the feeling of a young athlete who, despite his first stumbles, decides to become an Olympic champion and, years later, all the energy and discipline she or he has put into the sport pays off and, with a gold medal around his neck, tears roll out of the corners of his eyes with a feeling of immense relief.

It’s hard to put into words the emotions that I am feeling right now…I am proud that this boat is in such a beautiful condition thanks to the work and energy I put into it, and I am grateful to fate that I have had the opportunity to look after the boat for almost 10 years like no one else has done before.

I feel that I have saved this boat, rebuilt it, enjoyed it, but the time has come for someone else’s heart to find a home in it and for the new owner to experience the feeling I have had from this boat a million times over the last 10 years.

Out of appreciation and respect for the emotional bond, I ask that only someone who will care for the boat with the same love and devotion as I have done, should be interested in it.

I have taken particular care to preserve the original design, as I wanted the feeling of life as the engine revving and the boat gliding through the water to remain as dreamlike as I have always imagined it to be and feel.

Currently powered by a 2.5 TDI diesel engine (approx. 200 HP).

Draught: 0,54 m.
It has 2 types of Bimini roof: one short and one long (for half or full enclosure).
It seats 7 people and has all the comfort features.
Equipped with: built-in fridge, table, storage, radio and speaker set.
The vehicle is safe to use in both salt and fresh water, as the underwater part of the body is covered with fibreglass.
Suitable for towing up to 2 donuts or water skis for water sports enthusiasts.

The boat has recently been freshly and completely serviced and all important parts have been replaced (oil change, belt change, propeller, filters).

The price includes the trailer and the original Grey Marine American made engine, as well as the original Swiss boat certificate and the Hungarian documents.
