Sealine F42/5 Motor Yacht with mooring in Queensway.
Miss Mollie is a British-registered boat, commissioned on Lake Windermere in 2004. She spent most of her life there in fresh water until being brought to Gibraltar in 2019, where she has remained since. Having spent the majority of her life in fresh water and away from the Mediterranean sun, she is remarkably well-preserved, showing minimal saltwater and sun damage. Additionally, her engines have only 600 hours of use and are in immaculate condition—almost like new!
Miss Mollie has been meticulously maintained, with recent servicing in November 2024, including an oil change, replacement of all filters, engine anodes, and impellers. She has since been lifted out for a hull clean, anti-fouling, and anode replacements in Feburary 2025.
This yacht is very well-equipped and boasts all the conveniences of a modern-day boat, including full air-conditioning and heating, two electric flushing toilets (with a black water tank), two showers, an onboard washing machine, three refrigerators, an ice maker, an electric hob, an outdoor BBQ, and an outdoor shower. In 2019, as part of her transition from lake to ocean life, she underwent a significant electronics upgrade, including the installation of new Raymarine chart plotters, autopilot, radar, sonar, and VHF, bringing her in line with the latest marine technology.
Miss Mollie has been moored in the same spot at Queensway Quay since 2019, and the mooring can be transferred with the sale of the boat. Owning a long-term mooring in Gibraltar also opens up the possibility of residency on the Rock.
