BUILDERS REMARKS: The Leopard 40, crafted by South African builders Robertson & Caine, showcases a modern design developed by experienced naval architects Simonis and Voogd along with Robertson & Caine’s design team. This model maintains the speed, agility, and blue-water performance of its predecessors while featuring enhancements such as increased hull volume and a unique interior layout. The galley is positioned forward, complemented by a forward-facing settee, large windows, and an access door to the forward platform. This design allows for panoramic views and promotes seamless communication between guests, enhancing the indoor and outdoor living experience.
BROKERS REMARKS: ANCHOR BEER is the youngest model available, with no hurricane history due to her age. This yacht features a 4 cabin, 2 head layout of the popular 40 model, including walk-around aft cabins. It is equipped with a lighter Ash interior, air conditioning, a generator, Yanmar engines, electric davits, and a walk-through forward door. The engine hours are lower than usual due to the slow Covid times.
AVAILABILITY:This yacht is currently in the fleet until 31st March 2025. After being released from the fleet, the yacht will proceed to St Lucia for phase-out and closing.
