Sea Trial from Lymington to Southampton dry dock with skipper.
Application of black new antifouling.
Full hull and superstructure machine polish to a high standard.
All stern gear cleaned and polished including rudders, propellers and shafts.
Shaft cultus bearings checked and rudder stocks stocks checked for movement and any leaking.
New hull anodes.
Exterior cushions all cleaned including bimini sunshade cover for flybridge area.
All through hull underwater fittings replaced and serviced including sea cocks.
Raw water strainers for main engines and generators and ball valves serviced and painted.
Engine room fully deep cleaned and degrease, primes and repaint of engines in MAN white. 
Service hydraulic fittings and paint.
A fantastic opportunity to purchase is a well presented and maintained Sunseeker MKII 75 Yacht. This particular vessel has never been chartered but she was built to MCA standard which could benefit her next owner should they decide to use her commercially.

Tatiana has undergone a very recent professional mini refit in a Southampton based dry dock, this work has been undertaken by a team of ex Sunseeker shipyard trained professional marine engineers and fitters.
