Teak deck: Renewed in 2019. Fully polished in June 2024, cleaned and oiled in April 2025

Sails and rigging: Newer mainsail, roller furling genoa, lazy jacks, and lazy bag. Rigging inspected in spring 2020

Sprayhood: Custom-made by a sailmaker in 2022 (value 20,000 NOK)

Toilet system: Completely new in 2025 – new septic pump, macerator pump, and toilet (never used)

Bilge pump: New, with non-return valve – installed 2025

Freshwater pump: New, installed 2025

Diesel heater: Serviced and certified 100% functional by a marine center, but not reconnected afterwards

Engine: Starts easily and runs smoothly. Wear parts replaced: new impeller, diesel filter, and oil change

⚙️ Hull & Maintenance:
Hull work (August 2024): Old antifouling removed, primed in several layers, and 4 layers of self-polishing antifouling applied. Saildrive and propeller also treated

Through-hulls: Inspected and assessed in good condition

Spring prep (April 2025): Teak deck cleaned, polished, and oiled. Bilge channels flushed and entire interior cleaned

Equipment & Features:
Electronics: Older chartplotter included. Newer B&G Vulcan 7R with 2023 charts and unused depth sounder available for extra cost

Galley: Sink and 2-burner gas stove

Navigation: Chart table and VHF radio

Cushions & Interior: Custom cushions from 2019. Some minor mildew spots due to humidity in autumn 2024, but was cleaned 2025
