Our product is an excellent choice for your rental business as a resort with floating apartments. The mBoat houseboat can remain stationary, moored in one spot, and connected to shore power and water. The house boat has a waste tank capacity of 2,400 liters. We can also outfit the floating house with a steering console and transom for future installation of an outboard motor.

Our floating house is classified by the PRS (Polish Notified Body, an official European institution) as a motorboat and holds CE certification, category D.

If you wish to import a floating house into the UK, there’s no requirement to pay local VAT, even for private individuals, as long as it is imported as a stationary houseboat (0 VAT for private in the UK).
