UPDATE 25.05.2025: We are now in the Malaga area for the next week and will continue to the Balearic islands afterwards, if you are interested to see the boat.
After a one-year sabbatical at sea with our two kids, we are selling our Bavaria 390 Lagoon “Susu” with heavy hearts. She is a very seaworthy and well-kept boat (3rd owner, over 100.000€ invested in the last 12 years) with a thick glass-layup and kevlar reinforcement in the bow area. The boat has a large ensuite owners cabin astern, two bunk berths in a cabin on the port side, and a two-berth bed in the bow cabin. One head is directly accessible from the owners cabin, the other is on starboard, opposite the port cabin. It has undergone a major refit by the previous owner and we prepared it for bluewater cruising in 2024.
Due to her classic lines, she is very well behaved in heavy seas and a pleasure to sail. Susu is equipped for offshore sailing and all necessary maintenance has been carried out. The safety equipment is serviced and in date. Especially noteworthy are the Volvo D2-40F Engine (installed in 2013, 6 years on land, current reading 750 engine hours), new standing rigging, the recent high quality sails and the new, self-righting life-raft. The electronics are also up to date with two Raymarine hybrid-touch plotters, Raymarine radar and updated autopilot controls. Please check the list below for a more detailed list of recent upgrades. The boat is currently on La Palma on the canary islands and we will sail back into the Mediterranean in May. The boat will be available in the Med from the end of July but can be viewed along the route, just get in touch.
