We are considering selling our houseboat due to changes in our life plans.

Built by the Nautia shipyard at the beginning of 2025 and launched in March 2025 – it is brand new and uninhabited. Currently located in Wrocław.

The total area of the house is 35m² including terraces (front terrace: 1.35m, rear terrace: 90cm). The living space is 28m² and includes a bedroom with a large wardrobe, a bathroom and a kitchen with a living room.

We ordered it with a custom layout, omitting one additional room from the manufacturer suggested design. it feels like a standard apartment – it has a comfortable bathroom and is fully functional.

– Living area: two large 2x2m windows + 2x2m entrance doors + small window above the stove.
The kitchen furniture is not yet fully finished (plinths and upper cabinets still need to be installed); includes a built-in fridge and stove
– Hallway: large, narrow 2m window
– Bathroom: small window, fully equipped
– Bedroom: large 2x2m window + opening window above the bed + door to the rear terrace; custom sliding wardrobe
– Rear balcony: space prepared for stairs leading to a potential rooftop terrace and two small utility storage compartments with technical access

– Multi-split 4.5 kW air conditioning in the bedroom and living room (heating and cooling)
