Othello is a wonderful old beauty that has given us much joy, but life circumstances makes it difficult for us to continue maintaning the ship as she deserves. Some work needs to be done but we have taken care of the most important projects.
The hull has been professionally painted and reinforced (2023)
The engines have been continuously serviced and maintained.
The navigation system is new (2022) and state of the art (Plotter Raymarine Axiome Pro, Radar Raymarine Quantum Q24, Extra plotter on upper deck Raymarine Element 9S)
The toilet needs repairing, as do the bow thruster and the paint above the water line could do with a touch up. But all and all Othello is in decent shape and we have used her continuously with only minor issues since we bought her five years ago.
