The Wauquiez Centurion 40S (2005) is a high-performance cruiser built for comfort and offshore reliability.

Owned by a single owner since new and first launched in March 2006, this yacht has been maintained to the highest standards and remains in exceptional condition.

She features a powerful and reliable 54HP Yanmar engine (only 2700 hours) with saildrive SD40, recently upgraded with a new seal and engine supports (2023). With a CE-A classification, a 1.85m draft, and a displacement of 8.6 tons, she offers stability and agility at sea.

Her rigging includes a 2024 High Aspect sail by Hagoort, a 2013 mainsail, Lazy Jack and Lazy Bag systems, and a full complement of winches, perfect for serious sailing. Navigation is fully equipped with Raymarine instruments, including dual plotters (with Axion 7 at helm), radar, autopilot, and VHF.

On deck, the yacht features a beautiful teak cockpit, bimini, sprayhood, and full winter cover. Below, she offers two cabins, one heads with showers, Webasto heating, a new 30L Quick water heater (2024), and upgraded galley appliances including two fridges and a small freezer.
The interior was enhanced with new forecabin mattresses in 2019, and the cooling system was improved with an upgraded inverter and cooling aggregate.

Safety gear includes a 2021 Plastimo 4-person life raft, electric anchor winch, and full anchoring setup. A 2.2m tender with Mercury 2.3HP outboard is included.

In 2020, the underwater hull was fully stripped and professionally treated with six protective layers and antifouling. This yacht is fully outfitted, turn-key, and ideal for long passages or comfortable cruising.
